These services are delivered to the company, for the company’s employees.

Business Financing / Payment Terms

To make these programs more accessible, Overthrown, LLC offers approved business clients the ability to finance these services. This includes:

• Installment plans for corporate wellness programs
• Structured payment terms for consulting retainers
• Net terms on workshops and training packages

In plain English: instead of paying the full amount up front, approved businesses may pay over time.

What gets financed

• Corporate Wellness Program — A structured health and performance program for your employees, including baseline assessment, habit and behavior systems, workshops, and reporting.
• Leadership & Team Performance Coaching — Small-group coaching for executives, managers, or high-strain teams to improve resilience, recovery, energy, and decision-making under stress.
• Onsite / Virtual Workshop Series — A multi-session education and activation series for employees covering movement, stress management, nutrition, and recovery.

These are business-to-business engagements paid by the company, not individual consumer training.

Credit Terms Disclosure

Overthrown, LLC may extend trade credit or installment terms to qualified U.S. businesses. Examples include:

• Net 30 / Net 60 terms for approved clients
• 3–12 month installment plans for larger wellness programs
• Weekly or monthly retainer billing for ongoing consulting

Payment behavior on these accounts may be reported to commercial credit bureaus such as Experian Business. All extensions of credit are subject to approval.
