Overthrown, LLC (“Overthrown”, “we”, “us”) provides corporate wellness and performance consulting services to business clients. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Services are described in mutually executed proposals, statements of work, or order forms. Business clients are responsible for onboarding and access to personnel as needed to deliver services.

Payment & Terms

Invoices are due per the payment terms listed on the invoice (e.g., Net 30). Late balances may incur finance charges and may be reported to commercial credit bureaus.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential information in confidence and use it solely to perform obligations under the applicable agreement.

Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
